Course fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the course content.
To request a refund, email us at refunds@boarddirectorup.com with your name, course name, and date of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
BoardDirectorUp shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
